Principled Chiropractic

There are different forms of chiropractic. At EFC, we apply Principled Chiropractic philosophies partnered with the newest technology to give you and your family the best care. We believe that chiropractic can awaken your body’s innate ability to heal itself, which is why we offer only chiropractic adjustments in our office.

Prenatal/Post-Natal Care

Our doctors are passionate about helping expectant moms, recent moms and those hoping to conceive by giving consistent chiropractic care and as much information as possible. Being familiar with The Webster Technique, Dr. Natalie and Dr. Lauren tailor their care to best serve the practice members in our office. The technique focuses on restoring balance to the pelvis to help with baby’s growth, development, and movement. When the pelvis is in proper alignment, this helps the pregnancy and delivery process.

Pediatric Care

We wholeheartedly believe the power of chiropractic during infancy and adolescence. Through very gentle and specific adjustments, chiropractic care can assist the body with nursing for infants, infantile reflux, sleep issues and so much more. Dr. Natalie even adjusts newborns, including her own children just hours after they were born!

“I had been a patient at EFC for only two months before I finally became pregnant. I believe chiropractic care helped me conceive. Getting adjusted regularly has made me feel great, even while pregnant. Things took a bit of a turn when I started cramping and bleeding after a long shift at work. I decided to go to the ER, after a long night there they diagnosed me with a “threatened miscarriage” and told me the biggest concern was that my cervix was open.
